Jörn Löffler began his professional career with a craftsmanship training as a metal builder and then completed a university degree in mechanical engineering. He has a wide range of craftsmanship as a heating fitter, mechanic and installer for solar systems. As a graduate engineer, he planned and realized projects in the fields of general energy supply, combined heat and power and renewable energies. Its spectrum ranges from energy supply for industry to media supply for commercial and large real estate. In the housing sector, he modernized heat supplies with new highly efficient heating stations, local heating networks and combined heat and power solutions with tenant power models. He worked for large corporations in the field of contracting and energy efficiency and realized national and international projects.

Ralf Petzold grew up in a family of craftsmen, completed a corresponding apprenticeship, then began a mechanical engineering degree and then completed a technical college degree as a graduate administrator.

After graduation, he worked continuously in the corporate management of municipal infrastructure companies as a managing director from 1995 to 2011 and bore commercial and technical responsibility. In particular, he is distinguished by interdisciplinary thinking and acting in solving complex tasks. As a result, the companies he runs have received several public awards. He has been an independent entrepreneur since 2012.
